Until Reality and Imagination Become So Strangely Blended is a site specific installation made for Bocconi Art Gallery 2020, to inhabit one of the window spaces on the busy passageway near the cafeteria of Bocconi University. Situated in liminal space between indoor and outdoor, between private and public, and at the heart its fast-paced business university life, the piece plays with the property of fantasy to remix pieces of reality and those from the intimacy of our mind. Over 20 segments of brainwaves, merge and mix to create three sentences, like an asemic from of writing a dream. The fluorescent colours and transparency of the perspex amplify the transparency and reflections of the window, allowing the artwork to mix, filter and enhance visions of everyday life.
